ESA AC Services is a licensed and insured HVAC company providing residential and commercial air conditioning services throughout Broward County, Palm Beach County, and South Florida.

Service estimates provided are based on the visible scope of work at the time of inspection. Additional repairs or modifications may be required if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the service process.

A deposit may be required prior to scheduling certain installations, repairs, or special-order equipment. Remaining balances are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Permit fees are not included unless specifically stated in the estimate or invoice. If a city or association requires additional permits, inspections, or fees after work has begun or been completed, ESA AC Services is not responsible for associated costs unless included in the original agreement.

Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible equipment and parts. Labor warranties provided by ESA AC Services do not include damage caused by lack of maintenance, misuse, power surges, flooding, acts of nature, or work performed by third parties.

ESA AC Services is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, manufacturer backorders, utility interruptions, permit processing, or circumstances outside of our control.
